We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Highlea Care, Shildon

The Senior Support Worker Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a key role in thelives of those you support. You’ll help people build confidence, developskills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity tomake a positive impact.
You will:
• Provide personal care and supportingwith eating, medication, and routine
• Help plan and participate in funactivities, trips, and community events
• Encourage independence and celebratingevery milestone
• Assist with daily tasks like cooking,cleaning, and errands
• Build positive, trusting relationshipsthrough listening and open communication
• Support individuals to plan and achievetheir personal goals and ambition
