The Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll work closely with seniormanagement to assess support needs, implement person-centred plans, and inspirenew ideas to continually improve the quality of care and support we provide.
You will:
• Lead, support, and inspire your teamacross multiple services
• Ensure person-centred, high-qualitycare is delivered at all times
• Drive positive outcomes for individualswith learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
• Oversee support plans, compliance, andinternal quality audits
• Build strong, trusted relationshipswith families, colleagues, and professionals
About you:
You're someone who’s passionate about making adifference — a natural leader who thrives in a care setting and knows how tobring out the best in others.
• Experience supporting adults withlearning disabilities or complex needs
• A Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and SocialCare (or willing to work towards it)
• The ability to lead, motivate, anddevelop a team
• A kind, respectful, and emotionallyintelligent approach
