The service is a five bedroom property that work with clients with enduring mental health needs and who suffer from brain injuries to support them to increase their independence.

We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals to achieve their outcomes while working with the community to enable people to have a presence within it. The job is extremely varied in its role, from supporting the people we support with all aspects of their lives, from supporting them to attend appointments, to visit family and friends to doing social activities, there will also be aspects of cooking/cleaning and shopping as with running any home

This is a Full-Time position will include days, evenings weekends and night shifts.
