Westward Care, is a part of the National Care Group and is a specialist provider working alongside people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.

8 Acres provides one-to-one support to the 18 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs within a residential setting. Situated in Great Ellingham 8 Acres is just a few miles north of Attleborough.

We provide opportunities to grow, develop new skills and to explore and enjoy new and established interests. We have acres of land (hence its name), where the individuals we support can grow fruits and vegetables in their garden club, enjoy outdoor activities across the fields and even pour a nice cold pint in our new “bar” area!

We are seeking a deputy Manager who has the skills and experience to ‘see’ the person behind the behaviours, and provide energy, motivations and leadership to team members in a supportive environment,  enabling them to build and develop supportive relationships that contribute to a good quality of life and great outcomes for each person we support.
