£11.50 per hour

We have a range of services throughout Deal supporting adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs. Days are spent supporting people to learn new skills or to find motivation to regain lost skills. 

“My name is Steve and I currently live in a shared supported living house. My interests are playing pool and gardening. I sometimes need help from my support staff to budget my finances, cook nutritious meals and talk things through if I am getting worried. I also like to have company and someone to play pool with.”

Shifts vary over a 7 day rota that will include earlies, lates, long days, sleeps and some weekends.
