Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

We have exciting opportunities at our services in Cardiff, Carmarthen, Llanelli and Rhondda Cynon Taff.

We are currently looking for a Full Time or Part Time Support Workers to join our established teams. 

Integra Community Living Options support individuals in their own homes.  Some of these are residential care homes - where there are clear benefits to the individual from this type of care e.g. for a short period of time following discharge from hospital - and others live in their own properties with staff visiting them under domiciliary care arrangements.  

The staff teams work with every individual to assess existing skills and to help enhance these further to sustain independent living. Our team focus is to encourage an open and honest environment for the clients to communicate their needs and discuss issues they may be struggling with.  We encourage a positive, pro-active approach to daily living and use individual one page profiles to ensure all staff understand what’s important to them.

The role is 37.5 hours a week and shifts will be across a 7 day rota that will includes days, waking nights and weekends.

Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

Your role as a Support Worker will include:
- Providing 1-1 and group support sessions
- Creating engaging and creative ways to interact with the people you support
- Help with accessing the community and taking the people you support to their appointments.
- Set person-centred goals and agreeing on how to reach them
- Help with personal care when required
- Support the running of the home including the cooking and cleaning.
