Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

We are currently looking for a Bank Support Workers to join our team in Tiverton. 

Atlantic Way Care is spread over three individual sites providing 24-hour support for individuals with a vast range of complex Mental Health needs. We have a 5-bed provision in Tiverton where we support anyone unwell with Mental Health who may need additional support before living independently in the community.

Our services are being shaped to fit the needs of our housemates and we offer a ‘holistic’ approach to delivery of care, taking great care to consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing of those who live with us.

Shifts can vary from days, earlies, lates, sleepins and weekends.

Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

Your role as a Support Worker will include:
- Providing 1-1 and group support sessions
- Creating engaging and creative ways to interact with the people you support
- Help with accessing the community and taking the people you support to their appointments.
- Set person-centred goals and agreeing on how to reach them
- Help with personal care when required
- Support the running of the home including the cooking and cleaning.
