Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

We are currently looking for a Support Workers to join our team in Gloucester. 

Here at Chosen Care we provide 24/7 support across our 6 Supported Living services situated within the GL1 postcode. We support people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and those that are vulnerable. We support with day-to-day tasks that include personal care, medication, handling monies and accessing the community whilst also promoting independent living. 

Shifts are split until mornings 7am-2/3pm and evenings 2/3pm-10pm. 
Sleeps are required for the role.

Your role as a Support Worker will include:
- Providing 1-1 and group support sessions
- Creating engaging and creative ways to interact with the people you support
- Help with accessing the community and taking the people you support to their appointments.
- Set person-centred goals and agreeing on how to reach them
- Help with personal care when required
- Support the running of the home including the cooking and cleaning.
