Salary: £12.91 per hour 

Working Hours: 21 hours per week

Service: Shelton Care Limited

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Shelton Care Limited .

Shelton Care is part of National Care Group. Shelton Day Services offers specialised day support opportunities for young adults with diverse learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviours. The dedicated centre provides support by creating personalised activity plans along with opportunities to develop social, emotional, communication and independent living skills.

Our service in Stoke on Trent opened in January 2017. The team share the same values and goals. We thrive on delivering fantastic support. We offer everyone the chance to fulfil their dreams and support them in achieving all they aspire to.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Support Workers to join Regent Road.

The support worker role is exciting and varied that will include:

• Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.
• Provide person-centred support
• Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
• Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives!
