Nutrition Support Worker

£12.41 per hour  (£25,000.00 per annum)

Up to 30hrs per week available.

Service : Shelton Care Regent Road

Regent Road is a reputedly warm and beautiful residential service, delivering specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with complex support needs.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Support Workers to join Regent Road.

The support worker role is exciting and varied that will include:

• Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.

• Provide person-centred support
•  Supports dietitians by managing food service logistics

• Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
• Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives!

• assisting patients with meal choices
• tracking intake
•  maintaining hygiene
• handling records for hospitals, or community settings, focusing on ensuring patients/clients receive appropriate diets
• managing food-related tasks like ordering, storage, and sanitation
