Nutrition Support Worker
£12.41 per hour (£25,000.00 per annum)
Up to 30hrs per week available.
Service : Shelton Care Regent Road
Regent Road is a reputedly warm and beautiful residential service, delivering specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with complex support needs.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Support Workers to join Regent Road.

The support worker role is exciting and varied that will include:
- Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.
- Provide person-centred support
- Supports dietitians by managing food service logistics
- Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
- Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives!
- assisting patients with meal choices
- tracking intake
- maintaining hygiene
- handling records for hospitals, or community settings, focusing on ensuring patients/clients receive appropriate diets
- managing food-related tasks like ordering, storage, and sanitation
