Working Hours: 40 hours per week

The Support Worker Role:

Asa Support Worker, you'll play a key role in the lives of those you support.You’ll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling,independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

Youwill:

•   Provide personal care and supporting with eating, medication, androutine

•   Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and communityevents

•   Encourage independence and celebrating every milestone

•   Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands

•   Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and opencommunication

•   Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals andambition
