Salary: £12.21 per hour (19,047.60 per annum)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

The Support Worker Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in the lives of those you support. You’ll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

You will:

•    Provide personal care and supporting with eating, medication, and routine

•    Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events

•    Encourage independence and celebrating every milestone

•    Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands

•    Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication

•    Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambition
