Support Worker Role

This exciting role will include various responsibilities, such as:

• Providing quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.
• Providing person-centred support
• Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
• Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives.

Little Amberwood is a residential home in a quiet area, we support 4 adults with learning disabilities & autism. We are looking for passionate support workers to join our team & help make a difference to peoples lives.
