Support Worker - Atlantic Way -Bideford

Up to 40 hours available.

£25,396 annually (Based on 40 hours per week) from April 2025.

Potential to earn more with sleep rates!

We are looking for dedicated staff to join us at our Atlantic Way service, located in Bideford. 

If you have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to working and are proactive & dedicated, you could be a great addition to the team.

Support Worker Role

 This exciting role will include various responsibilities, such as:

• Providing quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individual goals and ambitions.
• Providing person-centred support
• Assisting with personal care that can include mealtimes and medication.
• Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives.
