Team Leader
Up to 40hrs per week available
£10.75 per hour (£22,360 per annum)

This role is for an internal candidate looking to progress, initially starting on a 3 month Secondment with the potential to be made permanent.

The role of the Team Leader will be to manage the day to day running of the Service, ensuring rotas are complete, taking part in on-call and ensuring staff are supported therefore maintaining that the people we support receive the best care.

You can expect;

• Monday-Friday – varied to meet the needs of the business
• One-to-one guidance from the Service Managers
• Recognised qualifications with paid training including opportunities for NVQs and Leadership training.
