We are currently looking for a Support Workers to join our team in Carmarthen

Elm Lodge is a residential service that provides support and accommodation to adults who have long term mental health issues and or complex needs with the service being situated in the heart of Carmarthen town centre.

The team at Elm Lodge have been effective in giving and keeping up a steady, constructive and positive support that, along with a customised package of care, helps every individual we support to make progress towards their goals

The home has six ensuite rooms and a large elegantly decorated communal living room and dining room, in addition to this there’s a large outdoor garden area with areas to grow vegetables and fruit.
