The support worker role is exciting and varied that will include:

• Creating new activities such as Crafts and days out for our residents to be involved with – we want your ideas!
• Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.
• Arranging events for the people we support to take part in – we love a good bake off!
• Upskilling and teaching how to manage money, read and write.
• Work as a wider team – we are one big home.
• Assist with personal care that will include meal times and medication.
