Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team in Amesbury. 

Cornerstones Residential Service has two services in Amesbury, Wiltshire. St Patrick's, accommodation for 8 adults and Penning's view accommodation for 7. We support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential "home for life". 

The service supports and enables people we support to lead a full and meaningful life, through support at home and in the community. Everyone has agreed outcome focused plans, in achieving personal goals, supporting social inclusion and promoting community access. Learning, self-development and enjoying life are promoted to achieve everyone feeling part of society. 

We have Full Time and Part Time roles available. 
Shifts can vary from 6-15 hours with 1 sleep in required a week.

Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

Your role as a Support Worker will include:
- Providing 1-1 and group support sessions
- Creating engaging and creative ways to interact with the people you support
- Help with accessing the community and taking the people you support to their appointments.
- Set person-centred goals and agreeing on how to reach them
- Help with personal care when required
- Support the running of the home including the cooking and cleaning.
