Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Brand New Service opening in Devizes. 

We are currently looking for a Full Time or Part Time Night Support Workers to join our New Team in Devizes. 

Cornerstones are opening a new supported living service is in West Wiltshire and will be providing support in peoples own homes for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

The service will support and enable people we support to lead a full and meaningful life, through support at home and in the community. Everyone has agreed outcome focused plans, in achieving personal goals, supporting social inclusion and promoting community access. Learning, self-development and enjoying life are promoted to achieve everyone feeling part of society. 

As a Support Worker you will be working across the Devizes area. 
We have Full Time, Part Time and possibly Bank Hours available. 
Shift patterns will be across a 7 day rota - start time will be 9pm-7am or alternatively 10pm-8am.

Support Workers provide a vital part in providing the people we support with the care and ability to improve their quality of life.

Your role as a Support Worker will include:
- Providing 1-1 and group support sessions
- Creating engaging and creative ways to interact with the people you support
- Help with accessing the community and taking the people you support to their appointments.
- Set person-centred goals and agreeing on how to reach them
- Help with personal care when required
- Support the running of the home including the cooking and cleaning.
